Go to the web store and buy the membership of your choice.
During the purchase process, your account will be created immediately and you will receive an email with confirmation and an invitation to activate your account and download the App.

All memberships are concluded pro-rata.
That means that you immediately pay a proportional part of your membership until the end of the month in which you close the membership.
From day 1 of the new month, you pay by direct debit the full amount of your chosen membership.

For example, you close your month’s membership on February 15th.
You immediately pay half a month, proportionally / pro rato, via iDeal, Credit card or Paypal
On day 1 of the next month, the entire month amount for that month is automatically debited from your bank account.
Your monthly subscription is automatically extended by 1 month every month.

You pay directly half a month, proportionally / pro rato, via iDeal, Credit card or Paypal
On day 1 of the coming month, the full year amount for that year is automatically debited from your bank account.
Your annual subscription is automatically extended by 1 year each year.

Yes, Emails with the request to pause a month’s membership must be received by hello@FITclimbing.com before the 15th day of the month to be paused from the 1st of the coming month.
You also state when you want your membership to be resumed.
Requests without resume date will not be processed.
A yearly membership cannot be paused!

In case of injuries, you can pause your membership in the same way.
Instead of a resumption date, you add a statement (if possible, physiotherapist or doctor) of the injury.
We will contact you to discuss when it is justified to start training again.

You can cancel your membership in your ‘Club Account Info’ in your FITclimbing account (only visible in browser).
1. Go to https://fitclimbingonline.virtuagym.com and log in to your account.
2. Go to Club Account Info.
3. Go to the ‘products’ where you can see your memberships. You can deactivate your account here.

Each membership will be renewed 14 days before the end of the contract so your membership has to be cancelled 15 days before the membership ends.

You can also send an email to hello@fitclimbing.com with your request to end your membership (within 15 days before the end of the membership).
